The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) is initiating a pilot project in Lahore to monitor the entry of 550 to 600 vehicles daily. Furthermore, authorities are utilizing advanced lacto-scanners and mobile laboratories to conduct 12 distinct purity tests on-site. These digital milk tracking protocols allow officials to detect harmful substances, such as substandard ghee or hazardous chemicals, in less than sixty seconds.
