Furthermore, the development includes constructing an interchange on GT Road, terminating near the Sangjani Grid Station within Islamabad’s jurisdictional limits. The National Highway Authority (NHA) is concurrently developing an adjacent 2.5-kilometer section in Rawalpindi, ensuring a comprehensive link to M-1 near the AWT Housing Society.
